I am aware this post is late but things have been so busy for me lately, and tumblr has been acting up as well. So we had a midnight tinychat room for the release of Boogie Love reloaded, and we even had Stephen Stohn and Alanna Memme stop by to chat! . Here are some pics from the chat!

All in all it was an amazing night staying up with everyone and meeting new Alexz fans.

Holiday Season

December 4, 2010
I wanted to wish you a wonderful holiday season! The more seasons I’m lucky enough to experience, the more I realize how special they are. They magnify and remind us of how many awesome people we have in our lives. I love this time.

It’s going to be a busy time in pre-production for the video shoot happening December 13th and the single release on January 11th! I’m so excited, and especially excited to get the music out to you. I can’t say what the single is quite yet, that’s gonna be a surprise. Can tell you however, that I’m thrilled with the newly mastered album and very proud of it. Who knows how far it’ll reach, but however many ears it reaches, I believe in it and that’s all that really matters.

Sending you heaps of amazing memories and special moments this season. I’ll keep you posted on the fun things leading up to the release!!

Remember to have fun!! Or what are we doing?!!

It’s been a very special time this past few weeks. Hearing these new remixes has given so much life to the “Voodoo” tracks and I’m so excited to share them with you. We all feel they need to be just right and if that takes a little more time, then so be it. Choosing the single is actually pretty tough - more than a few of the songs are sounding like candidates but at the end of the day, I don’t want it to be my choice what the single should be. I feel I’m too close to the music… all I know is that I need to feel and love and be behind every remix on the album, and then from there it’s out of my hands and into yours! I can’t express how thankful I am for you, my fans.. Through the up’s and down’s you’ve given me strength to keep going and believing what I do is worth while.

I hope to have more information to share with you soon - keep checking back for updates! For now, just know that we’re working away and my stomach is full of butterflies.. I’m so excited to share these remixes with you I may sprout wings.

There was a delay on the final mastering process which was out of our control and I apologize for the delay but final product was received late this week and shipments are being sent to Amazon and Best Buy. They should be receiving product later next week and processing their orders as usual.
